Miroku crossed the last hundred yards in front of the burning village carefully; ash was whipping around in the air, and the heat was intense.  Houses spread down in front of him and off to the left, but the screams were fewer and fainter now, as if they were being made with less strength.

 He grimaced, felt the urge to run pumping in his blood, trying to move his feet, but he had learned time and again that recklessness would save no one.  Miroku took a deep breath and almost choked on the stench in the air, smells that had told him Winds - 16 - Wind and Fire

In Miroku's house, blood colored all thoughts and turned words into silence.  Outside, walking through the trees, Shippou did not know that there was panic, could not even scent Sango's danger through the trees, and his attention was on Murasaki.  She had dressed in a borrowed yukata of Sango's, white and faintly embroidered with green vines.  His eyes followed them, the long curls and curlicues, twists of thread that filled out to fragile leaves and wove in on themselves again.  For a while, they walked without speaking, and Murasaki tingled with concern. & Bloodlust: Purity - Chapter 25

mmmm....didn't work. Oh well. yesterday was Halloween...today i have glitter in my eye. Truly do I hate that, especially when I purposefully do not wear any glitter. And then I get sprayed by it. Accidentally perhaps - but. Ah the joy, the purposeless joy. In any event, I have drunk AMP, and gone to work, and am now...working? You could call that, except I have one customer an hour. Maybe. MAYBE. (If I am unlucky I have two. So irritating, the people.) Also,by because I have no one else to tell really, behold the might of my 'A' in ethics. Go me. Or something. mmmm...again. Do things happen, so that I may speak of them? Not really. Well, more chapters soon. Of Miroku, and of Purity...and...maybe (may I say it?) something else, completely unrelated. Mwaha. And why is my self so foolish? You couldn't say anything else, it having the tendency to wander away like that.

AND NOW...for the first time in...a really, really, really long time...A CHAPTER!! of winds, i know i know, purity...its coming I swear! please keep in mind full time work plus full time school plus novels equals...not really much time. but...I'm doing it anyway!

i really like your
"bloodlust" series. i was wondering i fyou could either create a drawing of Kagome and Sesshomaru, OR commision a drawing, not just for me, but the bloodlust fans. all my friends and their friends are talking about it.(I'm not lying, either)

I was wondering if I was going to get that question...
Yes, I do plan on continuing it...in fact somewhere there are a few chapters that aren't posted that actually exist. it's just that I've been VERY caught up writing my actual books, so all my fanstuff sort of fell by the side.

I'll do some poking and see if I can find the finished chapters and at least post those for you guys!

(thanks for putting up with my extreme slowness!)
